How RouteCTRL™ Licensing Works
The licensing structure for RouteCTRL for Microsoft Dynamics 365 consists of the core required RouteCTRL license complemented by an array of optional feature add-ons.
At RouteCTRL, we believe licensing should enable, not limit your business. That's why our modular licensing structure is designed with flexibility at its core.
Core License
This annual subscription unlocks enterprise-grade, location-aware route optimization within Microsoft Dynamics 365. It allows up to 5,000 monthly shipment calculations, each representing a single delivery or pickup point.
Operator App License (Add-On)
The RouteCTRL Operator App License enables seamless assignment and completion of routes generated in Dynamics 365 by vehicle drivers. A minimum of five (5) licenses is required initially, with the flexibility to adjust in increments of one while maintaining at least five active licenses.
Shipment Notifications License (Add-On)
This License keeps customers and stakeholders informed at every stage of the shipping process with automated real-time notifications for every status: Scheduled, In-Transit, Delivered, Attempted, or Rejected—via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Customer Portal License
This enables self-service Customer Portal access for seamless tracking and management. It includes 5,000 shipments per month, unlimited notifications, and ePOD access for full visibility.
3rd Party Shipping License
This license enables access to rating, shipping, tracking, and generating shipment labels via 100+ 3rd party shipping carriers right from Dynamics 365.
